Missi shrugged: "I live at the college, it's so boring I have to go away sometimes. I'll get scolded anyway." She turned to the newcomer: "I saved this girl, she fell into the water."

Jack heard voices and creapt over the rooftop he was at on. he peered over the edge. There were three people down there. "What should we do?" Gradien asked. "I can't see them..." Jack replied squinting out into the darkness. He leant forward slightly and fell off the side of the building to land sprawled on the floor. "Jack!" Shouted Gradien jumping down to join his friend. Jack was unconsious. Gradien tryed to wake him with rasping licks. "Help please!" He called.

Blood was pouring from Jack's head. "Help!" Gradien called. He was getting worried. His blue eyes scanned the darkness for someone. His white fur glistened in the moonlight. Normally at this pont he would be lying in the park having his belly scratched by Jack...

Missi looked at Alicia, and then followed Lilly, Aslak turning back into a lion.She saw a boy lying on the ground, and his daemon was calling for help. She turned back to Alicia and Lilly: "Come here, this one sure needs help!"
